For Uninstalled Products:
We offer a 30-day return policy for any toilet or water heater that is still in its original, unopened, and unused factory packaging. To initiate a return for an uninstalled product, please contact us to schedule a pickup. A $99 return pickup fee will be deducted from your refund to cover this service.

For Installed Products:
Once a product has been installed, it is no longer eligible for a return. However, it is fully protected by both our 1-Year Workmanship Guarantee and the multi-year Manufacturer's Warranty.

If you experience any issues with an installed unit, please contact us immediately. A major benefit of our service is that we handle the warranty process for you to diagnose the problem and facilitate a repair or replacement.

This means that for a standard installation to be possible, your home must have the necessary, functional infrastructure already in place (e.g., existing water lines, drains, and proper venting or gas/electrical connections).

The photo you send us after placing your order helps us prevent 99% of these issues before we even arrive.

In the rare event that our expert arrives and determines that the installation cannot be completed safely or up to code due to a pre-existing issue—such as a lack of proper plumbing, unsafe gas lines, or severely rotted floors—we will not proceed with the work.

In this scenario, our expert will:

1. Clearly explain and show you the exact issue preventing the installation.
2. Provide recommendations on the type of specialized work needed to correct the problem.
3. We will then cancel your order and process an immediate and full refund.
