We'll cancel your order, issue a full refund, and send you a $500 prepaid Visa card for the inconvenience.
** This guarantee only applies when installation conditions are ready upon our arrival. We cannot honor the 24-hour guarantee if delays are due to issues beyond our control—such as the customer not being home, lack of site access, unsafe or non-compliant gas lines, or improper venting.

30-Day Return Policy for Uninstalled Products
We offer a 30-day return window for any toilet or water heater that remains in its original, unopened, and unused factory packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us to schedule a pickup by one of our experts. A non-refundable $99 Return Pickup Fee will be deducted from your refund to cover this service. Once the product's new-in-box condition is verified, a full refund (less the pickup fee) will be issued.
Policy for Installed Products
Once a product has been professionally installed by our team, it is no longer eligible for a return, and the sale is considered final. From this point forward, your investment is fully protected by two robust warranties: our 1-Year Workmanship Guarantee on the installation and the multi-year Manufacturer's Warranty on the product itself. If you experience any issues, please contact us to start a warranty claim.
