I called on 5 companies. 3 returned my call and came for an estimate. None of them followed up after the estimate. I found Tanks and Toilets and decided to purchase online instead because of the $500 on time guarantee. Install was timely and efficient and they cleaned up after themselves. I am very pleased with our hot water system.

My water heater failed, and I needed it fixed now. I ordered at 10 PM on a Tuesday, and Marco was at my house Wednesday afternoon. Tanks and Toilets saved the day for us!

Thomas was our installer and he was just fantastic. He arrived in a clean uniform, put on shoe covers immediately, and was so respectful of our home. He protected our floors and left the area cleaner than he found it. That level of professionalism is rare.

We woke up on a Sunday morning to a garage full of water from our old water heater. I searched online for a replacement and found tanks and toilets. I purchased it online with an all inclusive price. I Have Hot Water

Woke up to no hot water. I was dreading having to call plumbers for bids. Found Tanks & Toilets online, ordered at 8 AM, and Roberto had our new tank installed by 3 PM the same day. Unbelievable service!
