1. Our Service: A Note on "Shipping"
At Tanks & Toilets, we don't ship products in a box. We provide a complete, turnkey Delivery & Installation Service. When you place an order with us, you are purchasing a brand-new product that is professionally delivered and installed in your home by one of our experts. This policy outlines how our unique delivery and installation process works.
2. Service Areas
Our Delivery & Installation Service is currently available in the following metropolitan areas:

The greater Oklahoma City, OK area and surrounding communities.

The greater Phoenix/Scottsdale, AZ area and surrounding communities.
We do not currently service locations outside of these areas. Orders placed for addresses outside our service areas will be canceled and fully refunded.
3. Delivery & Installation Timeframe
We are committed to our 24-Hour Installation Guarantee. We guarantee that your new toilet or water heater will be delivered and fully installed within 24 hours from the time you complete your online purchase. Our installation services are available 7 days a week, subject to appointment availability.
4. The Scheduling Process
After your order is confirmed, a member of our team will contact you directly by phone or text to schedule a convenient time for your installation within the 24-hour window. On the day of your appointment, you will receive a call, a text, and a live tracking link from your technician so you know exactly when to expect their arrival.
5. Delivery & Installation Costs
There are no separate shipping or delivery fees. The cost of our professional, white-glove delivery and installation service is already included in the single, all-inclusive price you see on our product pages.
6. Customer Presence for Delivery & Installation
An authorized adult (18 years of age or older) must be present at the service address for the entire duration of the appointment. This is required to provide our technician with access to the property and to provide a signature upon successful completion of the installation.
If our technician arrives for a scheduled appointment and no authorized adult is present, the appointment will be canceled, and a non-refundable $99.00 Failed Appointment Fee will be charged to cover our dispatch costs.
